These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reliefprowellness.com, the ReliefPro store, products, content, and related services. The store is operated under the ReliefPro brand by ReliefPro Wellness (“ReliefPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the store, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, features, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. Screens and lighting may affect how colors appear. Packaging, included materials, and nonessential product details may change when permitted by law, but we will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without appropriate notice.

Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

3. Health and safety information

ReliefPro is a consumer wellness product. Information on our store is provided for general educational and product-use purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results and experiences vary by person. No website statement should be understood as a promise to cure a condition, repair cartilage, eliminate pain, or produce a guaranteed medical result.

Read and follow all instructions, warnings, charging guidance, temperature guidance, and care directions supplied with the product. Stop using the product if it causes burning, skin irritation, numbness, unusual discomfort, or another concerning reaction.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have concerns about whether heat, vibration, compression, or a wearable knee product is appropriate for you, particularly if you have reduced sensation, impaired circulation, a recent injury or procedure, an implanted medical device, a serious medical condition, or have been instructed to avoid heat or massage-like stimulation.

Do not use ReliefPro as a substitute for urgent or professional medical care.

4. Prices, offers, and payment

Prices, discounts, and offers are displayed in the store and may change without notice before an order is placed. The price and eligible discount shown during checkout control the transaction. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are displayed or calculated as required.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing error, payment failure, inventory error, or a violation of these Terms. We will notify you and issue any required refund.

5. ReliefPro offers and bundles

Offer terms shown at checkout apply to the order. Under the current offer:

• One ReliefPro is priced at $49.99 before applicable shipping and taxes

• The Both-Knees System contains two ReliefPro units and is priced at $84.99 after the applicable bundle discount

• U.S. orders below $84.99 are charged $7.95 standard shipping

• Eligible U.S. orders of $84.99 or more receive free standard shipping

Offer pricing may change for future orders. A compare-at price is used only when it represents a legitimate reference price permitted by applicable law.

If one unit from the current $84.99 Both-Knees System is returned and the other is kept, the retained unit is repriced at the $49.99 one-unit price that applied when the order was placed. The resulting product-price refund is $35.00 before applicable tax adjustments.

6. Orders, shipping, and delivery

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

Shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, and delivery issues are governed by the ReliefPro Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

The ReliefPro store currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

7. Returns and 30-day guarantee

Eligible purchases are covered by the ReliefPro 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee beginning on the order date. Return requests, eligibility, authorization, ordinary return-shipping costs, bundle returns, damaged or incorrect orders, exclusions, and refund timing are governed by the ReliefPro 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Returns and Refunds Policy.

Those policies are incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Digital materials

An order may include a complimentary digital guide or other digital material. Digital materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use and may not be resold, publicly distributed, copied for commercial purposes, or presented as medical advice.

Complimentary digital materials have no separate refundable cash value and do not increase the product-price refund available for an eligible physical-product return.

9. Reviews, submissions, and feedback

If you submit a review, photograph, story, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:

• It reflects your honest, firsthand experience or opinion

• It is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content

• It does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights

You retain ownership of your content but grant ReliefPro a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use it for store, customer-service, advertising, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any required consent or disclosure.

We may moderate, decline, or remove content that violates these Terms, but we do not promise to publish every submission. ReliefPro will not knowingly present fictional, altered, or paid endorsements as genuine customer experiences without clear disclosure.

10. Intellectual property

The ReliefPro name, logos, store design, product copy, graphics, photographs, videos, downloads, and other store content are owned by or licensed to ReliefPro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access store content for personal, noncommercial shopping and product-use purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, license, scrape, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the store or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to the store, accounts, systems, or data

• Transmit malware, automated attacks, or disruptive code

• Scrape, harvest, or collect information without authorization

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

• Interfere with security features or other customers’ use of the store

• Submit false reviews, fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, or misleading information

• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, service providers, or legal rights.

12. Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other technology services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, services, content, or conduct, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Errors and omissions

Store information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate availability, pricing errors, or omissions. We may correct errors and update information. If a correction materially affects a paid order, we will provide the notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by law.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those expressly stated in our published policies or required by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation, that every product will be suitable for every person, or that use will produce a particular health, comfort, mobility, or pain-related result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReliefPro and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the store, services, or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReliefPro’s total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ReliefPro and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit.

17. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in the ReliefPro Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that policy.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, United States, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

19. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and any offer terms shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and ReliefPro concerning the store and your purchase.

If offer-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that offer, subject to applicable law.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
